“La Gamba Rota” was born from a moment of fragility — physical, emotional, and spiritual. It explores that delicate balance between pain and resilience, between the body’s vulnerability and its luminous strength. Through layered strokes of pinks, yellows, and greens, I wanted to dissolve the boundary between form and emotion, letting the figure merge with its surroundings. The fracture becomes part of the rhythm — not a flaw, but a source of renewal. La Gamba Rotta is about how we reconstruct ourselves through the act of healing — how beauty continues to emerge, even in our most fragile states.
