This work is part of the Fragment series, a collection in which each square of paper is worked on individually before being assembled on a common support. This fragmentary process, deliberately rigorous, allows a global composition to emerge in which complexity arises from a very simple initial motif. The eye motif at the heart of this piece acts as a basic sign that I sought to explore, repeat, and structure until it became a true visual language. Through repetition and slight variations, the whole invites the eye to move slowly across the surface of the work. Each fragment retains its autonomy while contributing to the overall harmony, creating a gentle tension between unity and multiplicity.
