The face has disappeared, replaced by a green apple — dense, opaque, and symbolic. Both origin and temptation, it erases individuality to reveal something more universal, more primal. The body, rendered through raw and expressive layers of paint, retains its sensual presence while appearing to undergo a silent transformation. Thick textures and fluid gestures create a tension between flesh and mutation, between the human form and the emergence of a symbol. The bursts of green extend beyond the figure, as if the apple were radiating into the surrounding space, contaminating the body itself. Identity dissolves, giving way to a deeper, almost mythological force. In this work, the human no longer thinks — it embodies. The head is no longer a place of consciousness, but a sign. A threshold is crossed, where the individual fades and a more archaic presence takes over.
