This landscape was painted from a photo, capturing a moment of vivid natural beauty; blossoming pink trees standing against an open sky, with a wildflower meadow stretching toward distant mountains. The work explores the joy of colour and light, rendered with expressive, textured brushwork that allows the canvas grain to add depth and character to the scene. This piece holds personal significance as only my second acrylic painting, created in the spirit of pure enjoyment, inspired by my late cousin Anyi Mordi, whose love of art and encouragement to simply have fun with creativity made this work possible.
