This work is part of Gravity, a series in which I paint the body as a site of psychological states — the tensions, blocks, and unspoken emotions that live beneath the surface. Figures, portraits and hands become instruments for amplifying what is usually invisible: the psychology of energy, emotional blocks, and inner states that resist language. I am drawn to what cannot be named but can be felt directly — a visceral recognition that bypasses language and lands in the body of the viewer.
