Prizes
TARTGET PAINTING PRIZE has initially established a comprehensive catalog of awards, positioning itself as one of the major global competitions. However, the organization works daily with new sponsors, so it’s highly likely that this catalog of awards will expand during the registration period. If so, updates will be provided through the website and social media.
It’s important to highlight that a single artwork may win multiple awards, or a single painter may win different awards with different submitted artworks.
All awards included in this catalog include the promotion of the winners on the official social media accounts of the sponsors of each award, as well as those of TARTGET PAINTING PRIZE. Many of our sponsors have communities of over hundreds of thousands of followers, so the winning painter will receive, in addition to the prize, significant visibility and reach, which adds an extra dimension to the achievement of each award.

This prize consists of four artistic residency grants for 12 consecutive days (dates to be finalized) in the heart of the Tablas de Daimiel National Park, one of Europe’s most precious and emblematic wetlands. The residency will take place in unique spaces adjacent to the Park—historic enclaves woven into a landscape of immense ecological and cultural value. (Each grant is valued at €8,000; total valuation of €32,000).
Four artists will be selected from all TARTGET PAINTING PRIZE participants, regardless of their category. The residency’s central theme will be nature and its profound values, with a soul-stirring focus on light, water, flora, fauna, and the ecological harmony of the La Mancha landscape. During the stay, works will be created from life or in the studio, under the guidance and mentorship of the organizing team.
The “Art and Nature – Tablas de Daimiel” residency was born to provide an immersive creative experience, allowing the artist to work without interference, in direct communion with the landscape, and with the stillness required for reflection and artistic production. The project bridges contemporary creation, environmental consciousness, and cultural outreach, positioning the National Park as a fountain of inspiration and international artistic dialogue.
The prize covers all costs of residency participation, full board, accommodation, pictorial materials, internal transportation during the stay, as well as the organization, tutoring, and dissemination of the project. Travel expenses to and from the residency are the responsibility of the artist. This prize is partially funded by the National Parks Network Grant Program.

GROUP OF PHYSICAL EXHIBITIONS
45 - COLLECTIVE PHYSICAL EXHIBITION IN MADRID
Undoubtedly, one of the premier accolades of this competition is being selected for the final exhibition in Madrid. Few cities are as inextricably linked to art, and it is rare to find a forum that gathers three of the world’s most outstanding galleries. Madrid is culture, tradition, and avant-garde. It is the showcase for thousands of enthusiasts and professionals, providing the ideal stage for our final exhibition. Madrid will be the space that hosts the most exceptional paintings of this edition.
The jury will determine the best works in each category to establish 500 finalist works. From this group, a selection will be made for the final physical exhibition at the prestigious “Ateneo de Madrid”. At least 50 works will travel to the Spanish capital to form this exhibition. A higher number of exhibited paintings will depend on the exhibition’s curation and the dimensions and format of the works.
All award winners will be chosen from among the 500 finalists, whether their work is selected for the physical exhibition or not; however, only those included in the final exhibition will be eligible for the CASH PRIZES.
Finalists who decline to participate in the physical exhibition will be replaced in correlative order within each category. This will not cause them to lose their finalist status or any non-cash awards already achieved, though they would forfeit eligibility for cash prizes, honorable mentions, and acquisition prizes.
Details regarding the shipment of works for the physical exhibition will be provided later. Winning and finalist works from each category will be permanently displayed on the tartgetpaintingprize.com website, including technical specifications and the artist’s name.

The prize for the winner will consist of admission to this collective and the promotion of 4 works created by the awardee, in at least 6 exhibitions organized in Sweden by Artishow over the next year. There will be no cost to the winner, except for the shipping and return of works if they have not been sold during that period. This prize has an equivalent value of €1000 (approx. $1.080). All finalist painters will be eligible for this prize, regardless of the category in which they participated, even if they are not selected for the exhibition.
