The work "DEEP in SEA #2, 2023, executed in mixed media, reflects my vision about the future of the oceans and seas if there is no intervention in climate issues. The lack of action can lead to an increase in underwater volcanic activities, causing openings and fissures in the seabed that release magma. The underwater vegetation, thinned out by the lack of light, becomes insufficient to support animal life. However, the biodiversity present in the depths of the ocean, especially the existence of corals, remains essential for marine survival. Just as tropical forests are vital to terrestrial fauna and flora, corals play a crucial role in the health of the marine ecosystem.
