At the beginning of the year, I had the opportunity to visit the National Aquarium of Malta. I've been fascinated by the underwater world since childhood, and this visit was one of the highlights of our trip. I was especially captivated by the jellyfish – moving slowly and gracefully, almost weightless, as if merging with time and space. Equally inspiring was the ever-present eye of the Luzzu, which we encountered again and again. This experience moved me to create a new artwork. But one question kept lingering in my mind: Do the jellyfish in the aquarium feel observed? Or are they the ones watching us?
