Through the female figure, I explore themes of presence and fading, memory and oblivion. In my imaginary portraits, I assemble fragments of impressions and memories, allowing human traces to emerge—traces that, to me, feel ultimately more tangible than a precise, real memory. This portrait is part of the series "Nos multitudes", where each face seems to surface from the paper, caught between appearance and disappearance. I work primarily on paper, exploring the tension between the visible and the invisible, confronting within the material itself the idea of ephemerality and persistence. This artwork comes in a layered wooden frame with glass. It measures 40 x 33 cm.
