This work was created during a period of deep personal reflection when I was reorienting myself after an existential crisis. The cycle “Endless”, of which this painting is a part, was born out of the realization that life runs in cycles - in constant motion, in constant transformation. “The Beginning” stands for the moment when new possibilities arise and the journey into an uncertain but promising future begins. The painting, created in the size of 150 x 120 cm on a canvas with a 4.5 cm deep stretcher frame, is characterized by a variety of textures and pearlescent colors. The use of gold, green, yellow and subtle shades of blue creates a lively yet harmonious composition. The fine details, such as the crystalline and geological structures, tell of natural and spiritual evolution.
