As a cynical optimist, I call upon my near death experience, of a few years ago, to imagine a more idyllic city, a city that takes in the wonder and the needs of the population. An urban environment built upon a more holistic approach to both energy production and the art of drinking coffee and eating as an ecletic passion. I spice my work with cynicism and humor, two elements that make life that much more pleasurable. There is even a place for those who like to complain to suit the needs of humankinds many characteristics and aspects. I wish the viewer to first experience that wow moment, when they feel they are alive and confronted with abject beauty and wonder before taking a walk in the city by the river that I have created. The Rainbow has long served as the metaphor for what awaits us at its end.
